  • Lessons learnt from the project are captured and ensure accountability (technically, commercially and contractually) during Tender and Project Phases.
  • We establish and provide leadership for the project teams (including, as necessary, internal staff) that would be tasked with delivering on such aspects of the project as product selection, product qualification, regulatory approvals, etc.
  • Determine if the project is viable and advise on any conditions needed to be met before investment.
  • Revenue projections, Regulatory requirements, Development costs and Key project milestones and deliverables are strictly maintained.
  • Engineering Projects Design, Consultancy, PMP & Handing Over.
